Make sure that the peripheral module is online.
When upgrading the keyfob, keep only one face recognition terminal around and don't move the keyfob.
Click . In the Upgrade Settings drop-down list, select Keyfob. Select the upgrade file from your local PC. Click . Press any button of the keyfob to upgrade.
