Authorize Device to Installer

You can authorize a specific device in your HiLook Vision account to the Installer. After authorization, the Installer will be able to control and set the device, thereby managing and maintaining the device for you.

Authorize Device when Approve Site Permission

Tap Authorize Other Devices on the site permission application page when you approve an site permission application to enter the Authorize Other Devices page, and then select a device and grant device permission (live view, device configuration, PTZ, and remote playback) to the Installer, and finally tap Agree to approve the site permission application and at the same time add the device to the site.

Authorize Device on Site Details Page

  1. Tap More > Site Management to enter the Site Management page.

  2. Tap a site to enter the Site Details page.

  3. Tap > Authorize Other Devices to enter the Authorize Other Devices page, and then select a device and grant device permissions to the Installer, and finally tap OK.

Authorize Device on Device Settings Page

  1. On the device list, tap to enter the device settings page.

  2. Tap Authorize.

  3. Select a site, and then grant permission(s) to the Installer.

  4. Tap OK.
