Linkage here refers to the process in which an event detected by resource A triggers actions of resource B, resource C, resource D, etc. The linkage can be used for purposes such as notifying security personnel, upgrading security level, saving evidence, etc., when specific events happen. You can view notifications about such a linkage on the Mobile Client.
This function is not available in every country and region.
The linkage can only be set by the Installer via the Hik-ProConnect platform.
Go to to view linkage notifications. For each notification, you can view the detected event, event time, devices in a linkage, and the triggered action.
If the Installer has not set linkage(s) for your devices, or the pre-defined linkage actions are not triggered, the Linkage tab will not appear on the Service page.
