Approve Site Permission Application

If the Installer applies for site permission on the Hik-ProConnect platform, you will receive the application on the Mobile Client. After you approve the application, the Installer will be able to provide device management and maintenance services based on the permissions you authorized to him/her.

1. Tap View Details on a site permission application to view details of the application, including the Installer name, site, and the authorized device, the Alarm Receiving Center (ARC) information, and so forth.
2. Optional: Tap Authorize Other Devices to authorize a certain device in your HiLook Vision account to the Installer.

3. Select device permission(s) to grant device permissions to the Installer, and (or) check ARC Service to activate ARC service.
   Note:

   If you activate ARC service, the ARC will provide remote 24/7 alarm receiving services to you, including receiving events from devices, responding to events, and sending out emergency dispatches (if needed).

4. Tap Agree to approve the application.
