The imported pictures (such as the static e-map pictures and the face
pictures in the person
list) and files (such as the broadcast
recordings and video recordings) can be stored on the HDD of
SYS server. You can configure the storage
locations and the corresponding quotas for them.
Note:
You can configure the storage only when the current Web Client
is running on SYS server.

In the top left corner of the Home page, select .

Select on the left.
The disks of the SYS server
are displayed with current free space and total capacity.

Switch on Enable Local Storage.

Configure the related parameters for storing pictures.

Select the disk to store the imported pictures.
Note:
The disk should have at least 1.25 GB of free space
for picture storage.
- Optional:
Switch on
Set
Quota for Pictures and set the
storage quota for the pictures.

Click Add to add a resource pool for storing
files.

Enter the name of the resource pool.

Select a disk to store the files.
Note:
The disk should have at least 9 GB of free space for
file storage.
- Optional:
Switch on Restrict Quota for Pictures and set
the storage quota for the files.

Check Overwrite When Storage Space is
Insufficient, and the newly imported files will
overwrite the existing files when the disk space is insufficient.

Click Add.

Click Delete or
in the Operation column
to delete a resource pool.
- Optional:
Click a resource pool name to edit related settings.

Click Save.
