Device Maintenance

You can reboot the device.

  1. On the device list page, tap the security control panel.
  2. Tap > Maintenance.
  3. You can perform the following operations.

    Operation

    Description

    Reboot Device

    Tap Reboot Device to reboot the security control panel.

    Device Upgrade

    Tap Device Upgrade to upgrade the device to a newer version.

    Remote Log Collection

    1. Tap Remote Log Collection.

    2. Enable Remote Log Collection.

    3. Set a valid time for the device.
    Note:

    Enable Remote Log Collection so that technical support personnel can collect device logs and troubleshoot problems remotely.
