Why is there horizontal stripe on the image?
There are strong electromagnetic radiation sources nearby, e.g., high-voltage wires, high-power motors, etc. The device needs to be grounded and installed with transmission cable with shielding capability. The installation place should be far away from interference sources.
The device grounding level is inconsistent with the DVR grounding level. Insulate the device from ground.
